General Information

Make sure you have enough balance, than orders can be processed automatically.
Orders are processed via your supplier account, which should be connect with H4G over the API interface.

WooCommerce

H4G.io only accept orders with the status "Processing".
At WooCommerce, this status means that the order has been paid by your customer.

Orders are triggered via the so-called webhooks.

What exactly does this mean ?

As soon as the order changes its status in your store, a H4G.io's url is called up after 2 minutes

Check webhook status

You can check the status of your H4G webhook under WooCommerce under the following URL
[YOUR-STORE-URL]/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=advanced&section=webhooks
or

  • Navigate to Wordpress backend
  • WooCommerce -> Settings -> Advanced -> Webhooks

Look for the entry of H4G.io and check the Status.
If the status is "Disabled", change the status to "Active" so H4G could arrive order informations.

Shopify

H4G.io only accept orders which are marked as paid.

Orders are triggered via the so-called webhooks.

What exactly does this mean ?

As soon as the order changes its status in your store, a H4G.io's url is called up immediately.
Manual intervention is not necessary here.
