General Information

What is the cache for?

• The position of the product in your online shop is saved in the cache.
  So, the cache is required for the inventory and price synchronisation.

Scan Cache

1. Navigate to the Control Dashboard. There you will find several draggable widgets.

• You will find a widget here called "Cache".
• Click on the blue little button with the arrows to start the cache scan.

Empty Cache

1. Navigate to the Control Dashboard. There you will find several draggable widgets.

• You will find a widget here called "Cache".
• Click on the red little button with the x to empty the H4G.io cache.

{warning} Remember to scan the cache again, otherwise your shop will no longer be updated
