What is a H4G shop slot ?
A shop slot is a reserved space with which your online shop can be connected. The space can be rented for a certain period of time.
What do I need to do to start selling?
First and foremost, you need an online shop based on WooCommerce or Shopify. Depending on your requirements, you need API access from the respective supplier.

You can currently connect Shopify & WooCommerce to H4G.
How many products can be managed at the same time ?
Depending on the number of your shop slot is limited.
Which payment gateways can I use to sell in my shop ?
H4G doesn't care which payment service provider you use. If the order is marked as paid in your shop system, it will be processed.
Application management
Do I have to leave my computer on for several hours to import products ?
Since H4G is a cloud solution, you can switch off your computer and the import is carried out automatically.
When will new products be added ?
New products are always added between 00:00 - 04:00 AM (CEST) to H4G. You can then add the new products to your shop using the Single Importer.
Do I have full control over the price of the products ?
Yes, you can use the Price Controller to manage all product prices very easily.
Fees
Are there any hidden platform fees ?
You only need one active shop slot. H4G does not charge any additional fees for orders. You can place as many orders per month as you want.
Are there payment processor fees ?
Payment processors like PayPal and Stripe charge normally a fee depending on the currency in which they receive the payment and the location of the customer.
Fees when transferring money to the supplier
These fees are usually due unless you deposit the money with the supplier by bank transfer.
